FAQs
How can I prepare for my upcoming house cleaning?
To ensure we can perform our job to the best of our ability, we kindly ask our clients to have sinks free of dishes, counters and other areas free of clutter, and toys and misc. items picked up from floors to the best of their ability.
Do I need all personal belongings removed from my home prior to a move-out cleaning service?
Yes, please remove all personal belongings prior to our scheduled cleaning unless discussed prior to our arrival. If personal items have to be removed during the cleaning, a fee of up to $100 could be added.
Do you have a cancellation policy?
Yes! We ask that you notify us as soon as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel your cleaning. If service is canceled with less than 24 hours notice, we are unable to access the property, or we are turned away at the door, a cancellation or lock out fee of up to half the service price could be charged.
